Overview
Biography
Henry is a friendly and always joyful young man. Interacting with him would not reveal the challenges he has faced in his young age. Kidiga’s mom was one of many of his father’s wives and when she passed on, he was sent to live with his mother's mom where he was raised alongside a number of other cousins. His grandmother did not have an education that allowed her to get good employment and the family survived by casual labor and the support of well-wishers. Thankfully, Kidiga’s education was supported by another organization for some time. However, when they were no longer able to support him, he struggled to stay in school and the family sold all they could afford to sell. He has finished high school but still owes the school money and has no hope for learning a practical skill that could help him support himself as well as his grandmother and younger cousins. Would you help Kidiga finish strong?
