Restoring Order Missions International aims to restore biblical order in the Body of Christ through outreach to schools and colleges, orphan sponsorship, daily feeding programs, and organizing evangelism and church empowerment missions in Kenya and beyond.

Our History
Co-founder
Reverend David Kioko
Reverend David Kioko was born and raised in Emali Kenya. As the oldest of 11 children in a poor family, he spent much of his childhood working hard to provide for his younger brothers and sister, even to the point of sacrificing education.
In 1995, he was born again and Spirit filled. From that point on, he has passionately served the Lord in youth ministry, educating orphan children, empowering churches, and whatever else the Lord gave him to do.
In 2021, in partnership with Martin Mann, he founded Restoring Order Missions International which he is currently directing from Thika. His wife and two children are a constant support.

Martin Mann
Martin Mann was a man with a great heart for God’s people. He was born and raised in Oregon where he was born again and pastored for 12 years.
He met and married Judy from Ohio which introduced him to the Amish community and his heart broke for the deception there. He moved his entire family to Ohio where he taught at Amish schools and ministered for 35 years.
Through the last 12 years of his life Martin developed a passion for Kenya. He began a feeding program there. With the help of his friends in Kenya, he laid the foundation for the ministry there during the height of the covid-19 pandemic. In October of 2021, after battling many seemingly small afflictions, Martin went home to be with the Lord.

United States: Creating Hope
In 2022, Olger and Cheryl Rodriguez, founders of Creating Hope Incorporated, a (501)(C3) in the US, visited Tanzania where they met David Kioko and were inspired by his work in Kenya. Olger and Cheryl offered to be the office base for ROMI in the USA and issue tax deductible receipts for the donors. Their help has been a great blessing to the organization.
Canada: Cornerstone Community Church
Several members of Cornerstone Community Church have spent time in Kenya and their fellowship has offered the church’s 501c3 to help donors who give there. Abe and the team have been a great help to us.
