Biography
Joshua is a brilliant and happy looking young boy. He stays with his single mother. His father passed away yeras ago.He has two siblings whom they live together at home. His mother is not employed, she depends on washing people’s clothes at the nearby market for upkeep. His mother’s income is too little to sustain them and their education. Generally, the family has been struggling financially. Joshua is currently in 10 at Muthiingini secondary School. He is doing his best to finish his education in order to serve his family and community. Pray with us for him.

Makueni County is a part of Southeastern Kenya generally known as Ukambani. The climate is usually hot and dry making farming a challenge and food supplies short. The main diet in these areas is corn products, beans, some fruits and green vegetables such as kale when the weather permits. The main language spoken is Kikamba and the primary religion is Christianity though there is still much traditional superstition and a recent influx of Islam.
