Biography
Melchizedek is an active and friendly young man. He is in high school at a good boy's school. Unfortunately, Melchidezek's family really struggles to make ends meet and to take care of their four children's day to day needs let alone education. His three older siblings are all in college meaning their parents try to keep up with the costs of their fees as well as their housing and food costs. His father is an Entrepreneur but also a Pastor. His passion for souls at times costs him business and work opportunities and he tries to balance. Melchizedek's mother has also suffered from frequent illness putting a strain on already limited finances. Melchizedek is the last born of four children and believes that with a hand to hold, he will be able to overcome the challenges he faces and become a man of God who serves his generation.
About Melchizedek's Home: Kitui
Kitui County is a part of Southeastern Kenya generally known as Ukambani. The climate is usually hot and dry making farming a challenge and food supplies short. The main diet in these areas is corn products, beans, some fruits, and green vegetables such as kale when the weather permits. The main language spoken is Kikamba and the primary religion is Christianity though there is still much traditional superstition and a recent influx of Islam.
