Biography
Juddy is a sweet and friendly young girl with a big smile. She is the fourth born of five siblings in her family. Sadly, her parents did not have much education or opportunities to get jobs and while they have been able to produce enough to eat on their small plot of land, they are not able to keep their children in school and Juddy's three older siblings have dropped out of school. Juddy had a sponsor but they're no longer able to walk with her and we're trusting the Lord to provide someone else to take her hand and give her the opportunity to overcome the challenges she faces. Juddy is full of potential and the family beleives God will use her to change their story. Would you be the one to make this possible?
About Juddy's Home: Machakos
Machakos County is a part of Southeastern Kenya is generally known as Ukambani. The climate is usually hot and dry making farming a challenge and food supplies short. The main diet in these areas is corn products, beans, some fruits and green vegetables such as kale when the weather permits. The main language spoken is Kikamba and the primary religion is Christianity though there is still much traditional superstition and a recent influx of Islam.
