A Deeper Look at ROMI High School Missions

In an effort to reach and shape the lives of high school students, Restoring Order Missions International's first and primary program is the High School Missions outreach. This initiative aims to provide spiritual guidance, support, and mentorship to students in several countries, including Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, and Nigeria.

The High School Missions program is designed to reach out to high school students and provide them with a comprehensive support system. The program's mission is to empower these young individuals, enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty and become active contributors to their communities. We believe we will see a godly generation rising for Jesus Christ. 

The common activities we facilitate when we visit these school include: 

- Preaching the Gospel: ROMI missionaries preach the gospel to these students in plenary sessions and evening services (normally 6 in a weekend) providing them with a foundation for spiritual growth and development
- Facilitating Workshops: The program organizes workshops on various topics, including leadership, purity in relationships, building a relationship with God and overcoming common temptations in our generation to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in life.
- One-on-One Counseling: ROMI missionaries provide one-on-one counseling and prayer to students, offering them guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of life and high school
- Rallies for Neighboring Schools: Many times on Sunday afternoon, the school we are ministering at will invite other neighboring schools giving us the opportunity to reach many more young people

The High School Missions program has had a profound impact on the lives of many students. Students have reported a significant change in their lives, from being fearful and insecure to standing boldly for the gospel and preaching to those who are younger than them. Others have finished their time in High School and as they study in Universities around us, they join us for missions to other high schools whenever it is possible.  

By empowering high school students, the program is helping to break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for these young individuals. As we reflect on the program's mission and impact, we are reminded of the importance of supporting initiatives that make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
